About Me
I'm a little bit of Adrian Monk, a fair amount of Dr. Spencer Reid and a whole lot of Patrick Jane.
(I could also include Alex P. Keaton and the entire Bluth family, but there has to be a line somewhere.)
Born on March 19th, nearly at the close of the astrological year, I embody characteristics from each sign of the zodiac. I love to dream and to draw, but I'm also precise and punctual. My empathy for others has put me in so many 'other shoes' sometimes I forget what my own feel like, yet amidst this shoe switcheroo, I always remain grounded.

A Joycean Stream of Thought on Art
Art, in concept and in reality, is accessible to, and meaningful for, everyone. It must not be something that lives on only in dusty volumes high up on shelves or behind glass on the walls of storied museums the world over. It must not be something only created by the self-proclaimed les artistes. Everyone is an artist; each to his own art. There are no rules in your art world, except those you create for yourself. Open the possibilities – open your mind – and anything is possible.
Still here? If art is the big picture, the real thing, something for everyone; where does graphic design fit in? Graphic design is an artistic marketing tool. It lies somewhere near the crossroads of art, strategy and technology. Its challenge is to evoke certain pre-defined feelings within the viewer and to channel those feelings to direct that viewer to take a specific action. Thirsty for more? If art belongs to everyone – and everyone is an artist, then what truly sets one graphic designer apart from another? Technical skill, diligence and the ability to actively listen. And, active listening is the most important of the three because if you cannot be still and listen – and thus, learn, – nothing else really matters, does it? |
Wanna talk? I'll listen.
